Audi A8 Purchase
I recently went on the hunt to find a 2021 Audi A8 Quattro with all the bells and whistles. I located a gorgeous A8 in pretty much mint condition here with the Universal Auto Group. As I am located in Kansas I was reluctant to start the process of buying as I live in Kansas. Due to my work schedule I was unable to travel to Silver Springs in person, however the level of services I received from Liam and the team at Universal was TOP NOTCH. Liam was patient with my apprehension of purchasing without seeing the vehicle in person. We had several voice calls and facetimes reviewing the vehicle inside and out. Liam highlighted some smaller rock chips/scuffs from everyday wear and tear and was forthcoming with all information. Sean jumped on a call with me as well to reassure me the condition of the vehicle was/is exactly has I see. This is the service I was expecting when going through this process. Finally you meet with Jessica to go over the numbers, financing, etc.. Smooth, Smooth & Smooth was the process. The UAG team put me at ease with the out of state purchase and when it's time for another purchase, I'll be coming back!

Very pleased with my recent purchase from Universal Auto Group! Called with I treat on a beautiful F-150 Thursday afternoon and spoke with Chip. Thanks to the plethora of photos on the website I had a very good idea of the quality of the vehicle and its many options. I am an out of state customer with no way to view the truck in person After a brief and informative conversation, Chip directed me to Jessica their business manager. She was able to pre-approve me for the loan in less than an hour without affecting my credit score. I took the day to think about it and called chip Friday around lunchtime to make the deal. By 4:00 I had signed all the necessary paperwork and was the proud new owner of the vehicle. By Sunday at 3:30 the truck had made the 500+ mile trip to my driveway. Couldn’t be more pleased with the quick, painless process.

Satisfied Mercedes-Benz EQE 350 Owner
It's been 3 weeks since I purchased my first EV from Universal Auto Group and couldn't be happier. My salesperson Liam was extremely patient, answering all of my questions about electric vehicles and Mercedes-Benz (my first Mercedes-Benz too!) as a brand. Sean, Jessica and the entire Universal Auto Group were knowledgeable and professional, and I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience (except I had to drive from Alexandria to Silver Spring!). loving my car
I just purchased my 2nd car from universal. they are incredible, honest and all around great to deal with. my husband and I are more than pleased with how universal is so professional. they have a great team here. We live over 3 hours away, so being treated the fabulous way that we were, meant a lot to us. Jessica knows her job and does it with panache, and a smile. everyone associated with universal is quite simply AWESOME. keep up the great job, and I'll be back.

I was more than pleasantly surprised, with the service and salesmanship provided by everyone my wife and I encountered. To save myself some time typing, please refer to Morgan E's review of August 11. I had virtually the same experience! Found Universal at AutoTrader, skeptical about all the 5star reviews, drove a bit over an hour to get to an industrial strip mall?? Boy was I glad I did. The folks at UAG are outstanding to work with. I'm a 65 yr old guy who has bought plenty of cars in my time. This was a buying experience unlike any other. From the ease of setting up an appointment on my schedule, to the fast and accurate documentation process (Jess is absolutely the Finance Queen!) I was in and driving out in my new car in under 2 hours, including the test drive. When you find down to earth, nice people in a usually pushy, cut throat business, they deserve to be recognized. Buy your next high end used vehicle from UAG, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Car purchase
I had been searching for a luxury vehicle and came across this 2021 BMW 750i with the executive package back in May 2024. I contacted the dealership and made arrangements to come and check it out. After driving 12 hours from my home state to Maryland, I finally got the chance to see the car. The car is awesome as well as the staff. Rai and Jessica are great and very knowledgeable about getting people what they want. Paperwork signed on Saturday and the car was delivered to my residence on Wednesday. Look forward to conducting business with this dealership when I'm in the market for my next vehicle.

Great Experience
Jessica and Chip were the best! Jessica worked hard to make sure I got approved and got the best deal possible. She clearly wanted the best outcome for me from start to finish. Chip communicated well throughout the process and was helpful getting me use to the different components of my new Porsche. I plan to bring my husband when he’s ready to shop for a new car since their service and lineup was top tier.

I was treated with care and respect and they made sure that I had all the necessary information I need to know before making my purchase.
